Festivals & events
Poster, merch and limited editions. Pieces that get collected, not binned.
The problem
An event lives through its objects: the commemorative can, the numbered print, merch that doesn't look like merch. Most festivals commission the poster from one studio and the merch from a different supplier — and the result doesn't tell the same story.
How we tackle it
- One graphic system for the event applied to poster, signage, merch and packaging.
- Edition design with run control and numbering — scarcity is designed, not improvised.
- 1/1 pieces with buy-back rights for sponsors or collectors.
What's included
- Event poster and graphic system
- Merch and numbered limited editions
- Commemorative cans and packaging
- 1/1 pieces with buy-back logic
Work done
Scarcity logic
The drop model we use in cannabis — short run, numbering, sold-out — moves straight to a festival edition: the same mechanism that makes a piece get kept instead of binned.
Sector questions
- Timelines for an event with a fixed date?
- Planned backwards from the date. The earlier we start, the more formats we can cover coherently. For poster + basic merch, think weeks, not days.
- Do you manage merch production?
- We design and coordinate commissioned production. For large runs we work with the event's supplier or propose one.
