Craft drinks
Beer, vermouth, spirits and specialty coffee. Same eye, different shelf.
The problem
A small brewery or distillery competes on a shelf where the label is 80% of the buying decision. Most settle for stock illustration or a studio that makes one nice label with no system — and by the third reference the range unravels.
How we tackle it
- Identity and label system before the individual label: a grid, a type family, a colour code per range.
- Author illustration per reference or flavour, with the name as the physical lead.
- Technical adaptation to can, bottle, case and seal, with each format's bleed and curvature resolved.
What's included
- Brand identity and a short application guide
- Label system + 1–4 designed references
- Final artwork per format (can, bottle, box)
- Guide for the printer and for future references
Work done
Transferable method
The same 'name becomes matter' and range-system work we apply in cannabis moves straight to a run of IPAs or a vermouth line. The curation and the signature are what travels.
Sector questions
- Do you work with the printer I already have?
- Yes. We deliver final artwork to your printer's standard (colour profile, bleed, outlining) plus an application guide.
- Can you do just one label?
- Yes, but we recommend defining the system first, even minimally — it's cheaper than rebuilding coherence when the range grows.
